Product
Are spare parts available?
All Indus systems are designed with modularity in mind, making it easy to upgrade, replace, or reconfigure individual components as needed.
Can I return systems that are already used?
| Systems are tailor-made to fit your Super Sack dimensions; therefore, used products cannot be returned.
We are planning to introduce a collection and recycling scheme by the end of the year, allowing systems to be returned, regrinded, and reused in the production of new systems. |
NEVA
What is the Neva made from?
The standard variant is made from recycled PP and HDPE, with metal components in galvanized steel, while the food-approved variant uses virgin PP and HDPE along with stainless steel 304; other materials are available upon request.
Can I place a pallet on the Neva?
A Euro pallet (31.5" × 47.2") fits on the deck and is secured in one direction by the integrated pallet guides.
What are the different poles for?
Using the right type of pole makes working with the Neva system easier. Our standard and most versatile option is the spring head pole, while the fixed head pole offers the most robust and straightforward solution. The Flow pole is specifically designed to assist with completely unloading Super Sacks. Additionally, with the rolling mechanism, the system can be adjusted to handle smaller Sacks. If you are unsure which pole is most suitable for your working environment, please contact Indus.
Is it easy to stack an Indus Neva?
Yes, thanks to the deck design, the units automatically center themselves on the Neva below. As always, safe operation depends on the skill and experience of the forklift operator. The Neva can be stacked up to 23 ft high, with a maximum load of 13,228 lb per stack.
How do the deck and the poles stabilise the Super Sack?
Each Super Sack remains stable in the Indus Neva thanks to the deck design. The poles provide support during handling and transport, but the Super Sack should always rest on the deck and never be suspended from the poles.
The loops don’t fit around the poles, is that safe/unsafe?
If the loops do not fit properly, please contact Indus, as the poles may be too long or too short. With the rolling mechanism, the attachment point can be adjusted to accommodate Super Sacks with smaller loops.
Are the poles adjustable in height?
The poles are custom-made and cannot be adjusted afterwards
Unloading stations
Is the height of the frame adjustable?
The modular unloading station can be equipped with three different leg sets of varying heights, each adjustable in 4" increments.
What is the standard frame made of?
The standard frame is made of steel and is galvanised, RAL 2008. The frame can also be made of stainless steel.
Super Sacks
Are Indus Super Sacks required?
No, you do not need to use Indus Super Sacks. The Neva system is designed to accommodate a wide variety of Super Sacks. If you are unsure whether your current Super Sacks are compatible, please contact Indus for assistance. If needed, Indus can also supply Super Sacks in approximately 35 ft³, 53 ft³, and 71 ft³ capacities.
