How TUNGA works
Step 01.
Place the 55 lb bags onto the pallet of the debagging machine. Position a Super Sack beneath the discharge point to collect the material.
Step 02.
TUNGA automatically picks up each 55 lb bag with integrated hooks and transports it through the cutting knives, opening and emptying the bag.
Step 03.
Material is collected in big bag or directly processed to silo. Empty 25KG bags are stored in collection box.
Step 04.
With the right equipment in place, the machine stops automatically when big bag or hopper is full.
