The pneumatic bag activators push inward on the Super Sack, breaking up material bridges. The vibrating platform promotes continuous flow through controlled vibration. Together, this integrated system ensures complete emptying without manual intervention.

Super Sack unloading station add-ons ensure clean, controlled material transport to your processing equipment.

A suction pipe designed for the plastics industry to extract material directly from Super Sacks.

It’s a mobile mini-silo next to your machine. The vacuum pipe connects to the unloading station and continuously extracts granules or pellets while the Super Sack keeps flowing. No need for operators to reposition suction tubes.

A remotely operated slide for controlled dosing of material from Super Sacks.

Start and stop material flow automatically—without manual intervention. The pneumatic slide closes while material is still flowing or when the Super Sack is empty. Operated via manual or electric pneumatic control.

Enables precise material collection and accurate manual dosing control directly from the Super Sack discharge.
