Efficient Storage by Stacking

Thanks to the design of the Indus NEVA, Super Sacks can be safely stored and stacked up to 23 ft high or 13,228 lb per stack. Benefit from efficient storage solutions and maximize warehouse space utilization. Compared to storing standard 39" × 39" Super Sacks in a single layer, the Indus NEVA can deliver the following space savings:

  • Stack 2-high: 40.50%
  • Stack 3-high: 60.33%
  • Stack 4-high: 70.25%

Easy Cleaning

When material gets stuck in the silo container it is necessary to clean it. This process is time consuming and takes up staff. This problem is not present when working with Super Sacks. Super Sacks will be recycled, making cleaning unnecessary. You can save valuable time and labor.

Safety

The simple design of the Super Sack handling system ensures a safe working environment. Compared to silo containers, handling and moving the pallet on which the Super Sack rests is much safer. It reduces the risk of injury for employees such as forklift drivers and production workers.

Costs

The cost of the Indus bulk bag handling system is significantly lower than that of stainless steel silo containers. The Indus NEVA starts at approximately $340 per unit, which is more than five times less than the starting cost of a silo container. Each Indus NEVA can safely store and transport between 2,205 and 3,307 lb of product.
