Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1966, heeft een productiefaciliteit van ongeveer 50.000 m\u00b2 en exporteert naar meer dan 50 landen. Met een continue productie en internationale distributie is een effici\u00ebnte opslag en verwerking van grondstoffen in big bags essentieel. Om verdere groei te ondersteunen, had Dekor een veiligere en meer ruimte-effici\u00ebnte manier nodig om big bags in de fabriek op te slaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>De uitdaging<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Big Bag opslag vergroten zonder het magazijn uit te breiden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voordat het Indus Neva systeem werd ge\u00efmplementeerd, sloeg Dekor big bags op houten pallets op. Omdat hoger stapelen als onveilig en instabiel werd beschouwd, bleef de opslag beperkt tot \u00e9\u00e9n niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Dit zorgde voor verschillende uitdagingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beperkte opslagcapaciteit in het magazijn.<\/li>\n<li>Extra opslagruimte buiten het gebouw, zelfs op de parkeerplaats.<\/li>\n<li>Blootstelling van grondstoffen aan weersomstandigheden.<\/li>\n<li>Ineffici\u00ebnte interne verwerking en verminderde magazijncontrole.<\/li>\n<li>Beperkt vloeroppervlak beschikbaar voor verdere productiegroei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dekor overwoog aanvankelijk traditionele stellingen, maar dit zou vaste gangpaden vereisen en de flexibiliteit verminderen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3211 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"63\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png 160w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/> \u201c<em>Met stellingen verlies je veel ruimte door gangen. Met dit systeem heb je dat niet nodig.<\/em>\u201d <em><strong>Mr. Turan, General Manager bij Dekor<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>De Indus-oplossing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Neva: Flexibel stapelen van big bags zonder vaste constructie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indus leverde Dekor een flexibele Neva stapeloplossing voor big bags. In plaats van big bags op te slaan op pallets met \u00e9\u00e9n niveau of in vaste stellingen, kan Dekor nu big bags veilig stapelen op meerdere niveaus binnen hetzelfde magazijnoppervlak.<\/p>\n<p>Het systeem kan direct in de huidige bedrijfsvoering worden ge\u00efntegreerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big bags worden op het Neva-palletsysteem geplaatst.<\/li>\n<li>De lussen worden vastgemaakt aan de steunpalen.<\/li>\n<li>Vorkheftrucks kunnen de systemen direct verplaatsen en stapelen.<\/li>\n<li>Er zijn geen vaste gangpaden, stellingen of magazijnreconstructies nodig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit gaf Dekor een flexibele opslagmethode die kon meegroeien met hun productiebehoeften.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Het resultaat<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bewezen voordelen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De opslagcapaciteit nam toe van 6 naar 15 volle vrachtwagenladingen in dezelfde ruimte.<\/li>\n<li>Tot 250% van de oorspronkelijke opslagcapaciteit.<\/li>\n<li>Ongeveer 216 extra big bags opgeslagen in dezelfde ruimte.<\/li>\n<li>Externe opslag is niet meer nodig.<\/li>\n<li>Grondstoffen zijn beter beschermd tegen weersomstandigheden.<\/li>\n<li>Meer structuur, zichtbaarheid en controle in het magazijn.<\/li>\n<li>Er kwam kostbare vloerruimte vrij voor nieuwe productiemachines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Now it is well organized and we can control it much better.
