Traditionele interne silo's bleken te duur, moeilijker schoon te maken en het materiaal kon niet effici\u00ebnt worden getraceerd. Het doel: 24\/7 continue olieproductie zonder concessies te doen aan veiligheid, ruimte of duurzaamheid.<\/p>\n<h3>De Indus-oplossing<\/h3>\n<p>Indus leverde meer dan 100 big bag-systemen, inclusief los- en vulstations. De kern van de oplossing is het FlowPole-systeem, ontworpen om big bags soepel door te laten stromen - zelfs 's nachts zonder handmatige tussenkomst. Het modulaire ontwerp maakt het mogelijk om twee of zelfs drie units te stapelen, waardoor een totale capaciteit van 4m\u00b3 per station ontstaat en de behoefte aan omvangrijke en dure silo's drastisch wordt verminderd.<\/p>\n<h3>Het resultaat<\/h3>\n<p>De resultaten van dit project met Indus waren op veel verschillende gebieden van het bedrijf terug te vinden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zorgen voor productiecontinu\u00efteit (productietijd 100%): Dankzij de unieke eigenschappen van het Flow pole systeem worden de big bags opgetild en blijven de noten stromen, zelfs 's nachts als er niemand in de buurt is.<\/li>\n<li>Ruimteoptimalisatie (40-60% besparing): In de productie: door twee gestapelde big bag-systemen te gebruiken, in totaal 4m\u00b3, in plaats van kleine binnensilo's. Silo's zijn veel duurder, materialen zijn lastiger te traceren en hebben hoge reinigingskosten.
