Onder \u00e9\u00e9n dak behandelen ze alles van het maken van aluminium mallen tot het spuitgieten van kunststof, waarbij ze een grote verscheidenheid aan onderdelen produceren voor fietsen, reddingsapparatuur en vrachtwagentrailers.<\/p>\n<p>Met zo'n diverse productie komt de uitdaging van het beheren van een grote verscheidenheid aan grondstoffen, met name plastic korrels. Deze kwamen aan in zakken van 20-25 kg, wat voor logistieke hoofdpijn zorgde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Losse zakken lagen verspreid op de vloer en waren moeilijk te verplaatsen.<\/li>\n<li>De opslag was ineffici\u00ebnt - zakken konden niet veilig gestapeld worden.<\/li>\n<li>Het vullen van drogers was arbeidsintensief en gevoelig voor vertragingen, waardoor machines stil kwamen te staan.<\/li>\n<li>Knoeien met opengesneden zakken betekende rommelige werkplekken en verspilling van grondstoffen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toen Promatrix naar een nieuw gebouw verhuisde, werd de behoefte aan een slimmer, schoner en ruimtebesparend systeem urgent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2404\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"188\" height=\"39\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview.png 1097w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview-300x62.png 300w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview-1024x212.png 1024w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview-768x159.png 768w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logo_Promatrix-removebg-preview-18x4.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 188px) 100vw, 188px\" \/>\u201cDe oplossingen van Indus hebben onze workflow sneller, effici\u00ebnter en kostenvriendelijker gemaakt.\u201d <\/em><strong>Bjorn Mouthaan<\/strong>, Manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>De Indus-oplossing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Neva: De verwerking van grondstoffen transformeren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Omdat de uitvinder van het Indus Neva systeem ook deel uitmaakt van Promatrix, kreeg het bedrijf de unieke kans om Neva's rechtstreeks in hun nieuwe faciliteit te testen. De resultaten waren onmiddellijk en baanbrekend.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is hoe Neva hun proces heeft geoptimaliseerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plastic granulaat wordt uit zakken van 25KG in big bags gegoten (sinds 2025 met behulp van de afzakmachine <a href=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/nl\/producten\/tunga\/\">Tunga<\/a>), beveiligd in Nevas.<\/li>\n<li>Deze Neva's kunnen gemakkelijk worden vervoerd met pallettrucks en direct naast drogers worden geplaatst.<\/li>\n<li>Drooginstallaties zuigen granulaten via vacu\u00fcmslangen rechtstreeks uit de Neva's, waardoor de toevoer automatisch verloopt, handmatig werk afneemt en stilstand wordt voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>We zijn niet langer afhankelijk van hoe vaak een werknemer de drogers vult. Het Neva-systeem zorgt voor een continue aanvoer, waardoor de productie soepel blijft verlopen,<\/em>\u201d zegt Joost Schuiveling, hoofd van het bedrijfsbureau.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Het resultaat<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Resultaten bij Promatrix:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>65% minder opslagruimte nodig: Neva's zijn stapelbaar, waardoor de verticale ruimte wordt geoptimaliseerd.<\/li>\n<li>Machines staan niet langer stil: Drogers worden continu gevoed, er hoeft niet gewacht te worden op bijvullen.<\/li>\n<li>Schonere productieruimten: Geen opengesneden zakken meer, geen geknoei.<\/li>\n<li>Volledig ge\u00efntegreerd in logistiek: Neva's gaan naadloos van opslag naar productie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Met meer dan 100 Nevas in gebruik hebben we onze processen gestroomlijnd en tegelijkertijd alles netjes en effici\u00ebnt gehouden.<\/em>,\u201d voegt Johan Dijkstra, Hoofd Logistiek, toe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Het systeem werd zelfs aangepast om extra flexibiliteit te bieden. Er werden twee verschillende Neva-hoogtes ge\u00efntroduceerd, een hoge en een lage versie, voor verschillende materiaalvolumes.
