Het gebruik van het innovatieve Neva big bag-handlingsysteem in de fabriek van Borrelnootjes\u00ae-fabrikant Duyvis Production, onderdeel van PepsiCo, garandeert meer dan een effici\u00ebnte werkvoorbereiding.<\/p>\n<h3>De uitdaging<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Maximale effici\u00ebntie en voedselveiligheid bij de productie van noten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In de Duyvis-fabriek in Zaandam stromen noten in alle soorten en maten - van Tijgernootjes (pinda's met een dubbele coating) tot gezouten en geroosterde varianten - door meerdere productielijnen. Maar hun proces verliep niet zonder hobbels.<\/p>\n<p>Op de menglijn was het bereiken van de perfecte verhouding tussen noten en rijstcrackers lastig. Voor rijstcrackers, licht in gewicht maar volumineus in volume, waren 50 tot 60 metalen opvangbakken nodig voor slechts \u00e9\u00e9n batch. Dit leidde tot ineffici\u00ebnt ruimtegebruik en voortdurende handling.<\/p>\n<p>De metalen doorstroombakken vormden ook een risico voor de voedselveiligheid. Na elk gebruik hadden ze een intensief reinigingsproces nodig, vergelijkbaar met een wasstraat, om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen resten achterbleven. Tijdrovend, duur en vatbaar voor knelpunten.<\/p>\n<p>Duyvis had een slimmere oplossing nodig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De productiestroom verbeteren<\/li>\n<li>De voedselveiligheid verbeteren<\/li>\n<li>Ruimtegebruik optimaliseren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2401 alignleft\" style=\"font-style: italic;\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Duyvis-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Duyvis-logo.png 150w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Duyvis-logo-12x12.png 12w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Op de lijn waar onze zakken gemengde noten worden gemaakt, is het gebruik van Neva's echt ideaal. Het systeem is vele malen lichter dan de zware, metalen stroombakken die we voorheen gebruikten en het maakt ook goed gedoseerd lossen mogelijk via de schuif onderaan de pallet.<\/em>\u201d <strong>Jeroen Brans<\/strong>, Projectmanager<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>De Indus-oplossing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Big bags + Neva: Een betere manier om noten te verplaatsen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duyvis vond hun antwoord in Indus Neva systemen. Ze begonnen met 25 units en breidden al snel uit naar meer dan 60 in hun hele faciliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Door over te schakelen op big bags zijn er geen zware, moeilijk schoon te maken metalen bakken meer nodig. Big bags zijn schoon, voedselveilig en na gebruik wegwerpbaar - wassen is niet meer nodig. Deze verandering alleen al bespaarde kostbare tijd en verhoogde de voedselveiligheid.<\/p>\n<p>Het Indus Neva systeem ging nog verder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Naadloze integratie in productielijnen met vorkheftrucks of pompwagens<\/li>\n<li>Nauwkeurig doseren via een schuif aan de onderkant voor een gecontroleerde productstroom<\/li>\n<li>Aanzienlijke ruimtebesparing - meer volume opgeslagen in minder ruimte, met stapelbare opties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor lichtere producten zoals rijstcrackers was dit een game-changer. Duyvis kon nu grotere hoeveelheden opslaan met minder handelingen.<\/p>\n<p>Om het systeem op hun behoeften af te stemmen, koos Duyvis voor voedselveilige Neva's:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Virgin polypropyleen decks voor voedselveiligheid<\/li>\n<li>Roestvrijstalen (type 304) stapelbuizen met veerbelaste koppen voor effici\u00ebnte afvoer<\/li>\n<li>Verstelbare hoogtes voor verschillende formaten big bags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Op de menglijn, waar voorheen de ruimte maximaal was, openden de Neva's nieuwe mogelijkheden. Het lichtere systeem maakte veilig stapelen mogelijk, waardoor vloerruimte vrijkwam en de productiesnelheid toenam. Hun volgende stap?
