KG, een Duitse specialist in hoogwaardige TPE en thermoplastische compounds, het Indus Neva Springhead big bag-handlingsysteem om hun interne logistiek te stroomlijnen. De omschakeling heeft de manier waarop ze hun silowagens vullen getransformeerd waarmee het proces volledig in eigen beheer wordt gebracht, wat zorgt voor meer controle, minder handlingstijd en een sterk rendement op investering.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">lange tijd en een solide rendement op investering.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>De uitdaging<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Uitbesteed vullen cre\u00ebert kwaliteitsrisico's<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voordat het Indus systeem werd gebruikt, moest Allod gevulde big bags naar een externe logistieke dienstverlener sturen, waar de zakken in vrachtwagens werden geleegd. Deze extra stap betekende niet alleen extra tijd en kosten, maar ook een kwaliteitsrisico: verwerking door externe partijen betekende minder controle over de productintegriteit en mogelijke verontreiniging.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>W<a href=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2400 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"80\" \/><\/a>e wilden een eenvoudige en betrouwbare manier om vrachtwagens van bovenaf te vullen, zonder ingewikkelde transportbanden of dure bulklaadsystemen. Indus bood ons de beste oplossing voor ons proces<\/em>\u201d <strong>Si-Hong Luu<\/strong>, Manager Einkauf<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>De Indus-oplossing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Indus Neva Springhead - aangepast voor maximale handlingsnelheid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na het evalueren van alternatieven zoals dure bulkwagenvullers en complexe materiaaltransportbanden, koos Allod voor de Indus Neva Springhead met een open onderdek, waardoor deze geschikt is voor heffen met stapelaars.<\/p>\n<p>Ze implementeerden een aangepast platform boven de vrachtwagen (zie foto) waar het Indus systeem kan worden geplaatst. Als ze klaar zijn, openen ze gewoon de schuif en het materiaal stroomt direct van de big bag in de silowagen eronder - een schoon, effici\u00ebnt en veilig proces.<\/p>\n<p>Met 115 Indus Neva systemen die nu in gebruik zijn, maakt deze opstelling het mogelijk:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big bags die in de productie moeten worden gevuld<\/li>\n<li>Netjes opgeslagen op twee niveaus hoog in het magazijn met behulp van het stapelbare Indus-systeem. Dit bespaart meer dan 60 m\u00b2 vloeroppervlak in vergelijking met het naast elkaar opslaan van big bags op de vloer. Een standaard big bag op de vloer neemt 1,21 m\u00b2 in beslag (ruimte: 110\u00d7110 cm), terwijl Indus-systemen (120\u00d7120 cm = 1,44 m\u00b2) twee niveaus hoog kunnen worden gestapeld - waardoor de benodigde ruimte bijna wordt gehalveerd.<\/li>\n<li>Snel hergebruik van het systeem omdat geleegde big bags intern blijven en klaar zijn om opnieuw te worden gevuld zonder demontage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hoewel het systeem compact stapelen ondersteunt (door palen in het deck te steken), koos Allod ervoor om de frames gemonteerd te houden. Waarom? Omdat ze de ruimte hadden - en deze aanpak bespaart hen kostbare tijd tijdens het bijvullen.<\/p>\n<h3>Het resultaat<\/h3>\n<p data-wp-editing=\"1\"><strong>Volledig in-house beheer &amp; 4-jaar ROI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Door het vulproces van big bags intern te laten uitvoeren, zijn er geen zorgen meer over de kwaliteit, wat beter is voor de klanten. Bovendien werd de verwerkingstijd aanzienlijk verkort.
