Because stacking higher was considered unsafe and unstable, storage was limited to a single level.<\/p>\n<p>This created several challenges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limited storage capacity inside the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Overflow storage outside the building, even on the parking area.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure of raw materials to weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Inefficient internal handling and reduced warehouse control.<\/li>\n<li>Limited floor space available for further production growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dekor initially considered traditional racking, but this would require fixed aisles and reduce flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3211 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"63\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png 160w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/> \u201c<em>With racking, you lose a lot of space because of corridors. With this system, you don\u2019t need that.<\/em>\u201d <em><strong>Mr. Turan, General Manager at Dekor<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Indus Solution<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Neva: Flexible Big Bag Stacking Without Fixed Infrastructure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indus supplied Dekor with a flexible Neva stacking solution for big bags. Instead of storing big bags on single-level pallets or in fixed racking, Dekor can now safely stack big bags in multiple levels within the same warehouse footprint.<\/p>\n<p>The system integrates directly into the existing operation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big bags are placed on the Neva pallet system.<\/li>\n<li>The loops are secured to the supporting poles.<\/li>\n<li>Forklifts can move and stack the systems directly.<\/li>\n<li>No fixed aisles, racking or warehouse reconstruction are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This gave Dekor a flexible storage method that could grow with their production needs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Result<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Proven Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Storage capacity increased from 6 to 15 full truckloads in the same footprint.<\/li>\n<li>Up to 250% of the original storage capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 216 additional big bags stored in the same space.<\/li>\n<li>External storage was eliminated.<\/li>\n<li>Raw materials are better protected from weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li>More structure, visibility and control in the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Valuable floor space was freed up for new production machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Now it is well organized and we can control it much better.
