This extra step added not only time and cost, but also a quality risk: handling by external parties meant less control over product integrity and contamination potential.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;<em>W<a href=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2400 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"80\" \/><\/a>e wanted a simple and reliable way to fill trucks from the top, without complicated conveyors or expensive bulk loading systems. Indus gave us the best solution for our process<\/em>&#8221; <strong>Si-Hong Luu<\/strong>, Manager Einkauf<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The Indus Solution<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Indus Neva Springhead \u2014 Modified for Maximum Handling Speed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After evaluating alternatives such as expensive bulk truck loaders and complex material conveyors, Allod chose the Indus Neva Springhead with an open sided bottom deck, making it compatible with stacker lifting.<\/p>\n<p>They implemented a custom platform above the truck (see photo) where the Indus system can be placed. When ready, they simply open the slide gate, and material flows directly from the Super Sack into the silo truck below \u2014 a clean, efficient, and safe process.<\/p>\n<p>With 115 Indus Neva systems now in use, this setup allows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Super Sacks to be filled in production<\/li>\n<li>Neatly stored two levels high in the warehouse using the stackable Indus system. This saves over 646 sq ft of floor space compared to storing Super Sacks next to each other on the floor. A standard Super Sack on the floor takes up 13.0 sq ft (43\" \u00d7 43\"), while Indus systems (47\" \u00d7 47\" = 15.5 sq ft) can be stacked two levels high \u2014 cutting the required footprint almost in half.<\/li>\n<li>Fast reuse of the system since emptied Super Sacks stay inside and are ready to be refilled without dismantling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although the system supports compact stacking (by inserting poles into the deck), Allod opted to keep the frames assembled. Why? Because they had the space \u2014 and this approach saves them valuable handling time during refilling.<\/p>\n<h3>The Result<\/h3>\n<p data-wp-editing=\"1\"><strong>Full In-House Control &amp; 4-Year ROI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bringing the Super Sack filling process in-house eliminated quality concerns which is better for customers. Besides, it significantly reduced handling time.
