Da eine h\u00f6here Stapelung als unsicher und instabil galt, beschr\u00e4nkte sich die Lagerung auf eine einzige Ebene.<\/p>\n<p>Dies f\u00fchrte zu mehreren Herausforderungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begrenzte Lagerkapazit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>Auslagerung au\u00dferhalb des Geb\u00e4udes, auch auf Parkfl\u00e4chen<\/li>\n<li>Exposition der Rohstoffe gegen\u00fcber Witterungseinfl\u00fcssen<\/li>\n<li>Ineffiziente interne Abl\u00e4ufe und eingeschr\u00e4nkte Lagerkontrolle<\/li>\n<li>Begrenzte verf\u00fcgbare Fl\u00e4che f\u00fcr weiteres Produktionswachstum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dekor zog zun\u00e4chst herk\u00f6mmliche Regalsysteme in Betracht, die jedoch feste G\u00e4nge erfordern und die Flexibilit\u00e4t einschr\u00e4nken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3211 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"63\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo.png 160w, https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Dekor-rulo-logo-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/> \u201c<em>Mit Regalsystemen verliert man viel Platz durch die G\u00e4nge. Mit diesem System ist das nicht mehr n\u00f6tig.<\/em>\u201d <em><strong>Herr Turan, Generaldirektor bei Dekor<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Die Indus-L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Neva: Flexible Big-Bag-Stapelung ohne feste Infrastruktur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indus hat Dekor mit einer flexiblen Neva-Stapell\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Big Bags ausgestattet. Anstatt Big Bags auf einst\u00f6ckigen Paletten oder in festen Regalsystemen zu lagern, kann Dekor nun Big Bags sicher auf mehreren Ebenen innerhalb derselben Lagerfl\u00e4che stapeln.<\/p>\n<p>Das System l\u00e4sst sich nahtlos in den bestehenden Betrieb integrieren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big Bags werden auf das Neva-Palettensystem gestellt<\/li>\n<li>Die Schlaufen werden an den St\u00fctzpfosten befestigt<\/li>\n<li>Gabelstapler k\u00f6nnen die Systeme direkt bewegen und stapeln<\/li>\n<li>Es sind keine festen G\u00e4nge, Regalsysteme oder baulichen Anpassungen erforderlich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Damit verf\u00fcgt Dekor nun \u00fcber eine flexible Lagerl\u00f6sung, die mit den Produktionsanforderungen mitw\u00e4chst.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Die wichtigsten Vorteile auf einen Blick:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Lagerkapazit\u00e4t wurde auf derselben Fl\u00e4che von 6 auf 15 volle Lkw-Ladungen erh\u00f6ht<\/li>\n<li>Bis zu 250 % mehr Lagerkapazit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>Rund 216 zus\u00e4tzliche Big Bags auf gleicher Fl\u00e4che<\/li>\n<li>Externe Lagerung ist nicht mehr erforderlich<\/li>\n<li>Die Rohstoffe sind besser vor Witterungseinfl\u00fcssen gesch\u00fctzt<\/li>\n<li>Mehr Struktur, Transparenz und Kontrolle im Lager<\/li>\n<li>Mehr Platz f\u00fcr neue Produktionsmaschinen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Jetzt ist es gut organisiert und wir k\u00f6nnen es viel besser kontrollieren.
