Herk\u00f6mmliche Silol\u00f6sungen erwiesen sich als kostenintensiv, aufwendig in der Reinigung und unzureichend in Bezug auf eine durchg\u00e4ngige Materialverfolgung. Ziel war eine kontinuierliche 24\/7-Produktion ohne Kompromisse bei Sicherheit, Platzbedarf oder Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Indus-L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n<p>Indus lieferte \u00fcber 100 Big-Bag-Systeme, einschlie\u00dflich Entleer- und Bef\u00fcllstationen. Das Herzst\u00fcck der L\u00f6sung ist das FlowPole-System, das speziell daf\u00fcr entwickelt wurde, einen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Materialfluss zu gew\u00e4hrleisten \u2013 auch im Dauerbetrieb ohne manuellen Eingriff. Das modulare Systemdesign erm\u00f6glicht die Stapelung von zwei bis drei Einheiten und erreicht so eine Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 4 m\u00b3 pro Station. Gleichzeitig wird der Bedarf an sperrigen und kostenintensiven Siloanlagen deutlich reduziert.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse dieses Projekts zeigen sich in mehreren zentralen Bereichen des Unternehmens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sicherstellung der Produktionskontinuit\u00e4t: Dank der speziellen Eigenschaften des FlowPole-Systems wird ein kontinuierlicher Materialfluss gew\u00e4hrleistet, auch im unbeaufsichtigten Betrieb, beispielsweise nachts.<\/li>\n<li>Optimierte Raumnutzung (40\u201360 % Einsparung): In der Produktion erm\u00f6glichen zwei gestapelte Big-Bag-Systeme mit einer Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 4 m\u00b3 eine deutlich effizientere Nutzung der verf\u00fcgbaren Fl\u00e4che im Vergleich zu kleinen Innensilos.
