Unter einem Dach werden zahlreiche Komponenten gefertigt \u2013 vom Aluminiumformenbau bis zum Kunststoffspritzguss, unter anderem f\u00fcr Fahrr\u00e4der, Rettungsger\u00e4te und Lkw-Anh\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n<p>Bei dieser Produktionsvielfalt besteht die Herausforderung darin, unterschiedlichste Rohstoffe, insbesondere Kunststoffgranulate, effizient zu handhaben. Die Ergebnisse zeigten sich unmittelbar und \u00fcberzeugten durch Effizienz und Prozesssicherheit.<\/p>\n<p>So hat das NEVA-System die Prozesse optimiert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kunststoffgranulat wird aus 25-kg-S\u00e4cken in Big Bags umgef\u00fcllt (seit 2025 mithilfe der Debagging-Anlage <a href=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/de\/produkte\/tunga\/\">Tunga<\/a>), und im NEVA-System sicher gelagert.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible Positionierung: Die NEVA-Systeme lassen sich einfach mit Palettenhubwagen transportieren und direkt neben den Trocknern platzieren.<\/li>\n<li>Automatisierte Materialzufuhr: Die Trockner beziehen das Granulat \u00fcber Vakuumleitungen direkt aus dem NEVA-System, wodurch manuelle Eingriffe reduziert und Stillstandszeiten vermieden werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Wir sind nicht mehr davon abh\u00e4ngig, wie h\u00e4ufig Mitarbeitende die Trockner manuell bef\u00fcllen m\u00fcssen. Das NEVA-System sorgt f\u00fcr eine kontinuierliche Materialversorgung und einen stabilen Produktionsprozess<\/em>\u201d, sagt Joost Schuiveling, Leiter der Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse bei Promatrix:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bis zu 65 % weniger Lagerfl\u00e4che: Die NEVA-Systeme sind stapelbar und erm\u00f6glichen eine optimale Nutzung des verf\u00fcgbaren Lagerraums.<\/li>\n<li>Keine Produktionsstillst\u00e4nde mehr: Die Trockner werden kontinuierlich mit Material versorgt, Wartezeiten entfallen vollst\u00e4ndig.<\/li>\n<li>Saubere Produktionsumgebung: Kein Aufschneiden von S\u00e4cken, kein Versch\u00fctten von Material.<\/li>\n<li>Nahtlose Integration in die Logistik: Das NEVA-System bewegt sich durchg\u00e4ngig von der Lagerung bis zur Produktion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>Mit \u00fcber 100 NEVA-Systemen im Einsatz haben wir unsere Prozesse deutlich gestrafft und gleichzeitig f\u00fcr mehr Ordnung und Effizienz gesorgt<\/em>\u201d, f\u00fcgt Johan Dijkstra, Leiter der Logistikabteilung, hinzu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Das System wurde zus\u00e4tzlich weiterentwickelt, um maximale Flexibilit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zwei unterschiedliche Bauh\u00f6hen, eine hohe und eine niedrige Variante, erm\u00f6glichen die Anpassung an verschiedene Materialmengen.
