KG, ein deutscher Spezialist f\u00fcr Hochleistungs-TPE und thermoplastische Compounds, das Big-Bag-Handling-System Indus NEVA Springhead ein, um die interne Logistik zu optimieren. Die Umstellung hat die Art und Weise der Bef\u00fcllung von Silofahrzeugen grundlegend ver\u00e4ndert. Der Prozess wurde vollst\u00e4ndig ins eigene Unternehmen verlagert, wodurch mehr Kontrolle, weniger manueller Aufwand und<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">eine nachhaltige Investitionsrentabilit\u00e4t erreicht werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Die Herausforderung<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ausgelagerte Abf\u00fcllung birgt Qualit\u00e4tsrisiken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vor der Einf\u00fchrung des Indus-Systems musste Allod Werkstoff GmbH &amp; Co. KG gef\u00fcllte Big Bags an einen externen Logistikdienstleister versenden, wo diese in Silofahrzeuge entleert wurden. Dieser zus\u00e4tzliche Prozessschritt verursachte nicht nur erh\u00f6hten Zeit- und Kostenaufwand, sondern stellte auch ein erhebliches Qualit\u00e4tsrisiko dar. Die Handhabung durch externe Dienstleister bedeutete eine geringere Kontrolle \u00fcber die Produktintegrit\u00e4t sowie ein erh\u00f6htes Risiko f\u00fcr Kontaminationen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>W<a href=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2400 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/indus-bulklogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dQrb5ZdLZ591ONkhPdU6P7o0Is.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"80\" \/><\/a>ir suchten nach einer einfachen und zuverl\u00e4ssigen L\u00f6sung, um Silofahrzeuge von oben zu bef\u00fcllen, ohne komplexe F\u00f6rdertechnik oder kostenintensive Sch\u00fcttgutverladeanlagen. Indus bot uns daf\u00fcr die optimale L\u00f6sung<\/em>\u201d, <strong>Si-Hong Luu<\/strong>, Manager Einkauf<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Die Indus-L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Indus NEVA Springhead \u2013 optimiert f\u00fcr maximale Umschlagleistung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach der Evaluierung von Alternativen wie kostenintensiven Sch\u00fcttgutverladeanlagen und komplexen F\u00f6rderl\u00f6sungen entschied sich Allod Werkstoff GmbH &amp; Co. KG f\u00fcr den Indus NEVA Springhead mit offenem Unterdeck, der vollst\u00e4ndig mit Staplertechnik kompatibel ist.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber dem Lkw wurde eine spezielle Plattform installiert (siehe Abbildung), auf der das NEVA-System positioniert wird. Nach der Positionierung wird der Auslass ge\u00f6ffnet, sodass das Material kontrolliert direkt aus dem Big Bag in das darunter stehende Silofahrzeug flie\u00dft. Dadurch entsteht ein sauberer, effizienter und sicherer Verladeprozess.<\/p>\n<p>Mit 115 Indus NEVA-Systemen im Einsatz erm\u00f6glicht diese L\u00f6sung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direkte Bef\u00fcllung von Big Bags in der Produktion<\/li>\n<li>Effiziente Lagerung auf zwei Ebenen: Die Big Bags werden im Lager mit dem stapelbaren NEVA-System zweifach \u00fcbereinander gelagert. Dadurch werden \u00fcber 60 m\u00b2 Lagerfl\u00e4che eingespart. Ein Standard-Big-Bag auf dem Boden ben\u00f6tigt 1,21 m\u00b2 Stellfl\u00e4che (110 \u00d7 110 cm), w\u00e4hrend NEVA-Systeme (120 \u00d7 120 cm = 1,44 m\u00b2) zweifach gestapelt werden k\u00f6nnen, wodurch sich der ben\u00f6tigte Platz nahezu halbiert.<\/li>\n<li>Schnelle Wiederverwendung: Entleerte Big Bags verbleiben im System und k\u00f6nnen ohne Demontage erneut bef\u00fcllt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Obwohl das System eine kompakte Stapelung erm\u00f6glicht, entschied sich Allod daf\u00fcr, die Rahmen dauerhaft montiert zu lassen. Dies spart wertvolle Zeit beim Nachf\u00fcllen und vereinfacht die internen Abl\u00e4ufe.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p data-wp-editing=\"1\"><strong>Vollst\u00e4ndige Inhouse-Kontrolle und ROI innerhalb von 4 Jahren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durch die Verlagerung der Big-Bag-Abf\u00fcllung ins eigene Unternehmen konnten Qualit\u00e4tsprobleme beseitigt und die Produktqualit\u00e4t nachhaltig verbessert werden. Gleichzeitig wurde die Bearbeitungszeit deutlich reduziert.
